View Modes have been added. Now included are two ‘Synopses’ views,
the four original ‘Association’ view modes and two combined
‘Synopses / Association’ views.
An automatic double-dash to emdash feature has been added to
Liquid Story Binder XE. Choose ‘Smart Dash’ using the
‘Preferences’ dialog (Main Menu -> Preferences -> View Preferences
-> Formatting Options).
